Do you keep a copy of my order?

For each order that you complete using our service, we create a backup of ALL transferred content and keep this content in data storage for a period of 90 days.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Cintrex guarantees satisfaction for each customer. We strive to exceed our customer's expectations when we deliver each order. To help us ensure satisfaction we keep each customer's order in data storage for 90 days. This allows us to go back and review an order if a customer is unsatisfied and make changes where needed. If our customer is not satisfied and finds a better quality product we will refund their purchase.

How long does it take?

Standard handling time is 8-10 business days for normal orders. In particular, holiday times are very busy, please allow for more handling time during the holidays. For large orders, Contact Us for special pricing and to get an individual order timeline. Rush orders are also available for an additional charge.

How much does it cost?

Do you send back my original content?

Yes. After your order has been completed the new content is packaged together with your original content and it is returned to you in the same condition as we received it.
